The heart of our approach involves looking at every angle of your benefits to help develop a well-rounded plan consistent with your total compensation plans and philosophy. We work with all the major carriers to offer you options for Group Medical, Dental & Vision plans.
Our focus is to:
At Arroyo, we have access to a suite of leading-edge products to serve your business needs while helping you comply with the ever-changing provisions under the Affordable Care Act. Our staff negotiates comprehensive, competitive Medical plans, and continually keeps its ear to the ground for pending changes, including those that would potentially impact your business and employees.
We have experience with fully insured Group Health plans, alternative-funding options, such as Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). We also are well versed in implementing non-traditional plan designs, such as partially self-insured plans and medical captives. You’ll be provided with plan design options to keep you fully informed when deciding on your employee health care program. Our objective is to educate you in all facets of your plan, including cost containment, trends, technological advances and ever-evolving insurance-funding platforms so that we can meet your objectives and needs.
For eligible employers, we can also help with carving out the prescription drug benefit through a stand-alone vendor, often resulting in lower premiums.
Our employer-sponsored Group Dental plans allow participants to get both preventive and restorative care. We work with a number of insurance carriers with vast networks of dentists and specialists.
Group Dental insurance can be offered as a traditional plan, where employees can choose their own dentist and receive more flexibility and higher coverage levels for dental work. Or, an employer can opt for a preferred provider plan (PPO), a prevention and minor-restorative plan, or a dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) plan.
Each plan comes with its own deductible structure and rules, but all provide affordable options for both employers and employees. Some will cover orthodontic care and other appliances, and many offer dependent coverage. Our dedicated group benefits staff will help you examine all your options to best suit your needs.
Vision plans can add value to an employer’s Group Medical and Dental programs. We provide Group Vision plans customized to the needs of small businesses and large groups. Through our providers and their network of vision care professionals, employees can benefit from ongoing vision care expenses like routine eye exams, prescription glasses and contact lenses. Plans are available in and out of network.
